Commercial Property Wordpress Template implementation

We want to update our Wordpress site and get a simple, fast and effective commercial Property Wordpress template operational. We prefer to get help from someone who has specific experience with teh presentation of property for sale and to let. Even better if that experience is with Commercial Property.

We specifically want to be able to present property to rent and for sale with listings and then a single page presentation of that property which could be saved as a pdf.

We are a developer not an Estate Agent so we only offer a small selection of properties.

Ideally we are looking for a recommended template which we can review and then confirm the key features we need.

Clever search facilities are not important as we only offer properties we have built or own

If the template can link to Rightmove that would be a great advantage and possibly facebook as well.
