Coding of Landing Page Websites

I am looking for someone to code 3 landing page websites for me. The creative is completed and the art files have been packaged. I am just looking for someone who could code the landing pages for me. Project to be completed this month - by January 31st at the latest. All 3 sites.

Examples of other landing pages we have done are below. Coding of these 3 new landing pages would be similar in scope.
