CMS Web site incl. job portal and ads, etc- Proposal is been accepted from TechHind

I need someone or any IT company who can develop CMS website which includes job portal, user profiles, business advertising , efficient search facility within the sites,and little more other stuff. I'm already making raw design on paper and writing report which explain well in depth about this project. I needed to be done as soon as possible. i need other facilities like make a payment system and visitor tracking system so we know how many unique visitor coming to our site and so on.
