Check for an errors during checkout on a woocommerce

Hi we have had a few customers complain that nothing happens when they try and check out I have done test transactions as well as test a live transaction a lot of customers have no issues during checkout but we have had 4 customers now saying they click the button and noting happens

I then told them to use a different device and it works just want to make sure there is nothing wrong with my checkout

we use stripe to take payments
