Build website (design already done)

Hi developer!

For one of my clients I need to deliver a new website. I have a new WordPress installation installed on a server for you and a designer has been made a full design already (including visuals, menu structure and texts).

My client requires us to follow this design at 100%. If you like, we can use three premium WordPress themes for this I have purchased in the past from Themeforest.com. Avada theme, Dante theme or BeTheme. If you prefer building this from the WordPress standard 2020 theme that is perfectly fine as well. Please see the attached initial design and let me know what you think.

Important to have achieved this project is finished
- stay within the set timeframe (maximum of 14 days but preferably 7).
- 100% match with the design
- the loading time of the website (speed = key)
- the flexibility of amending content (content builder for example)
- 100% secure and no errors in Google Developer tools
- 100% WordPress update proof

Important to consider when starting this project:
- time to deliver (less than 1 to 2 weeks preferably)
- contact me if in a timely manner when you have any questions
- hosting environment / WordPress has been set up and installed
- You will have FTP/MySQL access and obviously WordPress access
- You are familiar with working with a child theme in WordPress / know you don't make changes to the integral structure of the themes / WordPress
- This is the first of many websites to follow (at least another 4 to 5 over the next 12 months)
- Please share your (honest) opinion about the budget and if this can be achieved taking the above and design into account
