Build me a simple wordpress website using Understrap framework & Twitter Bootstrap

General information for the website: We are an electronics retailer focusing on the CCTV industry

Description of requirements/features: I am looking for someone to design and build me a fairly straightforward website. We are a technology company supplying some niche wireless and solar products for the CCTV industry.

The website will be built using Understrap - https://understrap.com/. We exclusively use Understrap as it results in maintainable, easy to modify websites.

The following themes would give an inspiration of the type of design we are looking for:

We require a homepage, 2 - 3 page templates and the normal Woocommerce pages.

The code must be written in the 'Understrap Way' - https://github.com/holger1411/understrap
That means using SASS / Bootstrap properly and not overwriting Bootstrap core classes willy nilly.

You will be required to check all code in to GIT. We will handle everything else and be on hand full time to assist / advise where necessary. It should be possible to get this completed in a couple of days.
