Build basic Wordpress website using supplied theme

We have a basic 10-page brochure website that we need someone to build for us. We have chosen the theme (which we will supply), written the copy (to match the theme) and can supply any images required. We also have logos and colour schemes to work with. We need someone to customise the theme, add some plugins and optimise the finished site for performance. The ideal candidate would be able to do all this without too much management (i.e. you would already have a checklist you work through to optimise a site for launch). The final site should be fast, polished and secure - following all web design and Wordpress best practices.
