Build and add a small membership database to a wordpress site

We are migrating a site to wordpress. The site has a small membership database through which NHS staff and organisations can join and post brief profile information. Once registered and loged in they can also send us news and profile updates to be put on the site.
We have the xls containing the current data (only 183 records) and can show how the current site looks & works.
Once the members are in the database, we need to add them to the site so non members can search/contact them.
