Build a WordPress web site with a custom theme

We are looking for someone to provide support developing a WordPress web site for a client of ours. We have a mock-up of how the site should be presented and we will also require a small number of graphics to be made to complement the overall design, such as the header background and some buttons. This site is required quickly as the client is looking for the project to be complete by end of July.
