Build a Microsoft 365 Case Management System

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 specialist to build a simple case management system using Microsoft tools.

The system should replace our current website registration form and connect it to a client database.

System Requirements
The system should be built using Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Forms, and Teams.

Main features required:

• Replace the website registration form with a Microsoft form connected to Microsoft Lists
• Create a client register database with automatic case ID numbers
• Allow staff to record case notes and support activities
• Track multiple projects (family support, digital inclusion, workshops, etc.)
• Secure document storage for client files in SharePoint
• Track emergency assistance payments
• Record workshop and event attendance
• Set staff permissions (admin, manager, support worker, volunteer)
• Create a simple dashboard showing number of clients, cases, and activities
