Buddypress theme customization

Description of requirements/features: I’m looking for someone to customize a Buddypress theme to a client requirement,

The modification what we need in the theme are:

- HEADER: add login and search box on the header,
- Search box only available when users are logged in
- Once user are logged in on the place of the login form, we'll put 4 buttons (with icons)
- HOMEPAGE: Edit the registration form with client style
- USER PROFILES: Edit user profile menu to match client style (we have PSD with the styles)
- POST FORM: add options to share on Facebook, twitter, etc. (similar than the Instagram post form) when users share image/post
the main ideas is the users share pictures within the site, so the post form maybe will need some customization to make more easy to share pictures.
- Create a gallery where user can save they pictures in albums.
- ACTIVITY STREAM: Change the style of the activity list item to client style (change color of the post, etc)
- When users log in to the site they should be redirect to the profile Timeline or profile activity
- User should be able to see public post from other users on they activity page
- Don't allow users to see the WordPress admin bar on the top of the site.
- Change default image for profiles
- Add to ads to right sidebar (we can use widgets but admin should have the option to manage those ads)
