Blog red-organization, appearance & design, back end coding in Wordpress

Need help doing some specific tweaks and fixes to our existing blog. Would like this to be finished in 2 weeks time. Have a word doc outlining changes including redesigning the homepage (modestly, not drastically), re-doing the way things are categorized and organized on the home page and in the various category menus. Integrating social media and other things in a different layout than is existing. Some design work involved, mostly wp coding. www.adventure-life.com/blog is the starting point I have. I have a basic design I would like to mimic in pdf format.
