Basic WordPress Theme

General information for the website: News and Weather from feeds
Description of requirements/features: Redo existing website to a WordPress website using the same color scheme as the existing site has now. The site url is http://pelzerwilliamston.com/ The purpose of the site is for local uses to retrieve local News and Weather information from one location instead of going to multiple sources. The menu links (News Links, Local News/Weather Videos, National Videos, Sports) in the menus sections on the first page simply direct users to other sites. Other information on the front page is simply local RSS feeds displaying latest news stories. The weather images are currently pulling updated jpegs from the web server but these could be replaced with portions of content from http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/hdfForecast?query=29697. And a new link http://www.wunderground.com/personal-weather-station/dashboard?ID=KSCWILLI1
I am looking for a theme to have an appearance of a WordPress news theme or something similar. Small sliders or something to show information as it changes. Displaying other sites in wrappers is an idea but not necessarily a requirement. Another item would be for advertising. Would like to have 1 page to post business cards. Being able to upload a business card or a logo for advertising purposes. With that said the site could be as few as 3 pages to start. I will add any other pages needed myself later.
Main requirements are it must be responsive, mobile friendly and work well with feeds from other sites.
