Basic design edits to Wordpress site

Hello PPHers

I want to transfer my Weebly website content to Wordpress. I love Weebly's intuitiveness and am not getting on with Wordpress (I just feel it will present my services in a stronger way).

I need someone flexible and friendly who'll do the initial tweaks I need, and then probably little bits in the future as I see the site build.

They're all small jobs for someone who know what they're doing; just ones I'm not making the time to try and figure out right now.

I will provide a short list of amends (plus the site I want my design based on. I've used the same WPShower theme) e.g

SEARCH BOX
Why does it look weird? Magnifying glass missing. Can we sort?

NAVIGATION BAR
DELETE HOME in NAVIGATION
(Link it to my name/logo?)

REORDER

ADD:
SCHEDULE
Are you able to link it to my Google Calendar?


I'd also appreciate a wee lesson in knowing how you did what you did and I'll of course pay for your time for this.
