Basic alterations to a wordpress site

I'd like to change the positioning of the 'Contact' & 'About' buttons on my site. I've done a mock-up of the redesign but need the changes made.

I'd also like to make minor changes to the layout on my 'Contact' & 'About' pages. I've got the design for these as well and would like the changes implemented.

I need the work done immediately and I can provide more thorough info to those interested!
