Automation of Wordpress pages

General information for the website: We are an internet radio station
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We have a wordpress site that is the visual side of our 24/7 broadcasting that works to a daily schedule with hourly broadcasts.

We are trying to see if anyone can automate a schedule. At present at noon each day we have to paste in and update a new schedule to run for the next 24 hours. I am hoping someone can present a way to automatically grab and paste a new schedule each day at a specific time. (we have a weekly schedule too)

We are low tech in understanding so please explain clearly how you would do this job and an approximate cost.

When we post jobs we get a lot of 'i can do this' but then we all waste time finding out thats not the case. There is no rush, please think carefully before offering your services.
