Alter and add to a current Wordpress website

I have an existing wordpress website that has been created by a developer, but the developer seems to have gone AWOL!

I need some pieces finishing off and some new functionality added in.
Most of it is very straight forward, only a couple of larger bits.

When users sent an email asking them to join they need to be able to decline that invitation without having to decline from all future invites
When users accept an invitation to join they should be taken directly to the join up page
The news feed link that I have added to the homepage needs to also appear onto the latest news pages but full stories
The design of the homepage for the banner at the top and the side needs to be replicated through all pages and a section added to the CMS so that it is easy to add a new banner to the right hand side one without altering code
A couple of the social media links need altering
Search function – need to be able to add a 'within X radius' of the location that has been selected
Need a function for any user to be able to invite their existing linked in, facebook and email connections automatically, without having to manually add email addresses. These connections should be sent an invitation to join the site but must not be given access without a paid subscription.
Want an option on the homepage to change the language for the site so that the user can see it in any language
Would like a page adding in for recruitment – Should work in the same way as that function on linked in where registered members can add a job vacancy (there will be a cost which will go through the paypal channel) and other registered members can apply including uploading CV and cover note.
Need to be able to access the my profile, my connections recommend a contact and search pages within the CMS so that I can add images / alter text
Would like a box added to the head of the 'profile' page to be able to post a status update (same as in activity but needs to be more obvious)
The search for network clubs facility that I have designed and set up within the network meetings page needs to be made to function correctly – There will also need to be the ability for networking clubs to securely log on to add in the networking meetings and available categories at each meeting (more than one per meeting)
Want to make sure that the site automatically renews the member after a year period etc
Want a section to post 'my asks' which will sit again as an obvious box within the my profile section, but will also post those 'asks' onto the homepage as a status update that logged in members can easily view
Want a new page along the main page bar at the top to 'set up a virtual meeting' - This should give users the ability to create a meeting to be held on skype between various members, so it will need an 'invite to meeting' function where people can invite other members and send email invites to non registered memebrs to take part in a skype conference call. It will just need the date / time of call etc and then a link to Skype.
