Ait City Guide Theme complete translation and completion

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Theme is purchased and installed, but the default settings are far from the example theme and I want most of the features activated and positioned in a similar manner. Theme is also supposed to be fully translated in French but plenty of features as the search bar contain words still in english. Geolocation is on and off and I don't understand why., the results of the search are not according to the search criteria (items not matching the search requirements still showing).

I would also like to know what will be required in the future to have items owners to change their details themselves and new owners to purchase placement on the site and fill their info.
