Advanced Office 365 for construction company

Advanced Office 365 for construction company: We are a small family construction company with 15 Standard users of Office 365. We currently have one SharePoint page with all projects. We have 1TB of data, with some old project taking too much space. We want to review the whole approach of using Office 365 and create multiple SharePoint pages, one for each project, and additional ones for marketing, accounting, etc. We want to move all contract communication to MS Teams and integrate it with SharePoint and Planner for project management. Additionally, we want to create a master planner so we can control multiple projects. We want to integrate Co-Pilot into our day operations, which can be fed our data from different sites. This is an opportunity for long-term collaboration.
