Adding options to a plugin

I use a plugin on my wordpress website called AnWP.pro and I want to add a few more options to the player page. I still need to do updates to both plugin and theme

Changes

Gender – dropdown menu with options of Male/Female
Foot – dropdown menu with options of Left/Right/Both
Other Nationality – this can be a copy of the current nationality page
An option for retired and deceased

More positions added the same on the above page, positions are – Left Back, Right Back, Holding Midfielder, Attacking Midfielder, Left Winger, Right Winger
In the Player general section I would like the current position option changing to Main Position then add a new option of Other Positions and I can select as many as I need.

These all need to pull in to the player page (example - https://jobs4football.com/player/wayne-rooney) and if empty they shouldn’t display like current options do.
