Add xml feed into Wordpress website

We have built a website that will ultimately be a portal for developers of new build houses to list their developments on there. We won't list the actual properties within the development - just the development information. We have already done a lot of work on this using Wordpress and have listed them manually so far by using basic categories and posts.

What we would really like to do is make it so that the website can receive an xml feed, like Rightmove v4 (i can provide an example of this file) so that it automatically feeds from the developers website to ours and keeps it up to date accordingly. At the moment, they generally feed to Rightmove once a day and we would like to do the same thing.

Does anyone have any experience of this? The budget I have indicated is just a guess as I have no idea what level of development would be required for this.
