Add gif support to our website

We have this website www.gameonplayer.com and it is using Wordpress but the theme is built using JavaScript react. So a lot of the plug-ins are not compatible.

So we are looking to add gif support to our website and need someone to code this plug-in to work with our website. https://wbcomdesigns.com/downloads/buddypress-giphy/

We want people to be able to add gifs to a post or to a comment.

We also want to add a vector icon that people will click and it will bring up the gif section. The button will be placed like it is in the screenshot.
