Experience Level: Intermediate
Need a chat bot set up and configured. Have included an image of one I like. Not sure who has done it. We may go for a service so it’s better. So need recommendation. Don’t want someone that can just install a wordpress plugin chatbot. It needs to work for the site. Site is for professional services (Architects)

    Hi
    Your example is a Shopify website with the Intercom app installed. It's an expensive solution. Surely the whole point of using WordPress is that you can add new features easily via plugins - what have you got against this? There are cheap nasty free ones and a range of paid-for decent ones.
