A wordpress site build for a photographer

Need help building a wordpress site for a photographer. It needs to be around 10 pages and built in Wordpress. It also needs to have a section of the site which customers can log into and retrieve their photos (not e-commerce).

He is a one man band with a small budget (approx £150 for dev work).

I will be designing it, and don't mind uploading images and helping etc once the build is in place in Wordpress.
