A new wordpress website

So I'm needing some help.

I posted a job on here recently and awarded a designer / developer who advised he was able to do this, and he started the project however he's not able to complete this due to other projects he's got on his plate.

Thus I need to find someone who can build / design on wordpress whose able to help me complete this website.

The site to date is visible at rocketsportsfitness.com/2013 and as you'll see it needs work to complete it.

I've put together my thoughts on what's needed, but want to find someone whose able to help me.

Does this make sense?

Anyone able to help me get this job finished?
