My daughter wants to set up a web site (rather than a blog) for her food ideas but would like to use Joomla as CMS so she could add photos and recipes regularly
The structure should be a home page with a pretty picture (attached) followed by a page about her and then an index with categories (eg breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) to which a whole number of pages containing photos can be added.
Web hosting at arvixie has been set up together with Joomla 3.5 We need to get it set up initially in a way that she could continue adding to it.
Layout needs to be responsive to phone/tablet/desktop
