7 PSDS into a Wordpress site - UK Applicants ONLY

WEBSITE DESIGN STILL BEING CREATED. Design will be simple banners and boxes with text. Main header banner. Boxes on left and text on right. A gallery. Nothing fancy.
Description of every page/module: I have tried to get my head around Wordpress and just can't do it!! I have worked as a web editor in the past and have no idea why I am finding it so hard? The original site has been built in 'ipage'. I find this very restrictive so I started to create the pages in Wordpress. Its not a complicated site, just static and informative. The design will be provided to you as a PSD and I would need the site to look exactly the same. Once completed I would like a document guiding me how to re-create in future as I will have to produce more work for the company. So a step by step on how to add on pages etc. Its a simple job :0)
Description of requirements/features: Just an email. Suggestions for paying online would be great! So an extra page for this.
