I need help understanding about Wordpress, Visual Composer, CSS, and Bootstrap. I plan on building and selling Wordpress Themes, so I need an EXPERT who can provide valuable insight on these specific questions for me. Not yes and no answers, but detailed enough for me to fully understand. See enclosed file for questions.
