Description
Experience Level: Entry
I have been coding 2 sliders but came up against some technical issues.
Initially I used Slider Revolution and {{metadata}} tags to populate a post carousel based on a post type I created using CPT UI + ACF.
Slider 1: The design and animation was made using Adobe XD but I cannot see a clear way to build it + pull in data from Custom Post Type + ACF. The design is a mix between accordion slider and carousel.
Slider 2: This is possible to make in Slider Revolution BUT there is a text box - the background colour of this text box and the text in it needs to pull in hex code from ACF on the CPT as each slide changes. We have a JS/php solution using revapi (please put 'php23' at top of your message to me) but I feel it would be better to use a php solution using loop through.
Would be great to outline the issues, present what I have done and possible solutions. I have research the code heavily and can offer foundation work to build on.
The idea is that the user will be able to change simple settings in ACF on the post and these will be reflected on the slider front end.
This project does not suit someone rushing to the finish line but someone who wants to listen to the issue and work WITH me to resolve.
A zoom or Teams call would be a great way to start.
I look forward to meeting the talented php coder who can get this done with me.
Thanks and good luck!
