Technical drawings for house extension

I need some technical drawings for a one story extension of roughly 18sqm. The project will involve 2 universal beams (as the back wall and an internal wall will be removed) a single pitch roof with roof windows, perhaps a large set of french doors and some internal walls for new utility and WC.

The drawings will be used by my builder and by building control officers. An architectural survey has been done and I am awaiting scale drawings from it. No structural calcs have yet been done.

Also, I need the drawings done fairlly quickly - end of April would be best!

Could you give me an idea of time/price for you to do the drawings?
