Take excel information and create a number of charts - VERY URGENT

I have some questionarie results for 3 people across 22 questions and need these developed into user friendly charts to print for each individual to enable discussion of the results (and possible comparisons for future years).

the charts will need to show minimum score, maximjum, mode, average and self evaluation. A sample of the data is attached.

The project needs to be allocated today and completed by 10am Monday at the very latest. prefernece given for earlier.
