Surveyor to formalise plans for office extension

Hello,

We are looking to expand our office by building out into our warehouse.

Next to the main office is a 'samples room' which holds our sample boxes. We are looking to build another samples room (Phase 1) and then expand our office into the old samples room which will need refurbishment in order to be habitable office space (Phase 2).

We are looking for someone (possibly a Quantity Surveyor) to come and and formalise the plans to include a bills of material and construction plan. These will form the basis of documents which builders will quote against.

We suspect that an initial site visit will be required followed by a drafting of the required documents and then a final meeting to discuss. As such someone local to the Newmarket area would be most appropriate.
