We are a small uk based limited company that :-
Operates on the internet (not construction)
We have self employed telesales people working from home
We need a contract with them so that we can continue to pay them gross without incurring liability for their tax...
Contract should also protect us from claims from these subcontractors ....
we only started this system at xmas so no great history here, but we are expanding and need to get on top of this before it becomes a problem...
