Stationary Branding and Design

I am looking for someone to re-design out logo and business stationary. Unfortunately what we are using at the moment from a print perspective more so than anything doesn't work and the quality is not brilliant.
So, looking to revamp it! We have moved area and changed staff around so some re-branding seems like the plausible option.

Looking for an unusal design and something that stands out and is remembered.
NOTE the attached is our current design and the card splits in to two pieces. The keyhole is cut out
