Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are...
A holiday company with a new website 5 months ago. Now it has had its initial use, we are finding the conversion rate is fluctuating and want to understand why. We want to ensure our product meets the needs of the customer to have a seamless journey through our website to booking.
We want the complete experience to be inspiring and informative giving insight into our product and its setting, helping the user choose a holiday cottage that fits them. The product information needs to be easy to understand and clear differentiating one product from another, we have received comments that users don’t understand fully the products or how to search for what they seek. Finally we want the user leaving with a good impression from the interaction.
We are looking for someone who can work through the journey and help us identify areas that need ironing out to improve both the user journey and therefore the conversion rate.
Our website is www.mulberrycottages.com
You will be…
- A UX / CRO Guru with multiple projects and demonstrable results under your belt
- Experienced within the Travel & Tourism vertical
- Data driven and able to discern insight from analytics
- Able to constructively critique proposed designs before the go-live stage
- Able to supply examples of work and deliverables supplied to other clients
- Methodical yet creative in your approach to UX research
The brief…
We require a UX Expert to Audit our live Website across Desktop, Tablet and Mobile and provide a report on the user journey across multiple devices to 12 specific cases we provide as well as a summary report on changes you feel we should make to specific pages to better segment user journeys with a view to optimise our conversion rate.
