Description
Experience Level: Expert
Create a drag and drop workflow modeler in AnularJS. The details will be managed by Nodejs application on the server side.
A diagramming library to be developed to allow creating an interactive, UI, to edit and run a proprietary workflow. The UI component must be available as AngularJS component, though internally it may use any of the other 2D Graphics libraries suitable for creating workflow diagrams, such as MxGraph, GoJS, etc.
The workflow will be available as JSON and any change in the JSON structure should be appropriately reflected in the UI, and any user made changes in the UI should change the JSON structure to match it. The UI will also respond to calls made by the methods that will be specified.
Specific details will be provided to suitable candidates before finalising the contract.
I will be working closely with the developer to help iron out problems and to answer questions.
The coder must develop and demonstrate the library, and share the code and its documentation. The code would be saved in a private Github repository.
The person must also be experienced with 2D Graphics libraries such as MxGraph, or GoJS.
Should be willing to discuss the project on phone or via internet on the regular basis for the entire duration of project. I anticipate such interaction could be up to 10-20 minutes, every 3-4 days on average.
This is just the first step in a much bigger project and I expect to develop a long-term partnership with the developers who work on this project.
