General information for the business: update firmware on router DLink DSL-2750B
Description of requirements/functionality: I bought 2 routers DLink DSL-2750B from amazon. These model should support protocol SNMP, but they dont. Manual and actual configuration pages dont match.
I suppose that firmware should be updated, but when I try to follow the steps needed to update it, I get the error message "upgrade fail" (see attachment).
I can return the routers to amazon, but other routers with SNMP cost much more.
It is unlikely that 2 routers are defective. Probably the procedure I use to update the firmware is wrong (I never did that).
I need somebody to help me to update the firmware to the most recent version.
