I am trying to set up a free alternative to a Microsoft Exchange server, using Open-Xchange on Debian 7. I have installed and set it up in a virtual machine, but I'm not sure how to configure all aspects of email and collaboration. I want to be able to send and receive calendar appointments between users in our organisation, and be fully inter-operable with Exchange.

I am looking for a contractor with proven experience installing, configuring and maintaining Open-XChange on Debian. These skills are mandatory, as is knowledge of Samba and Winbind, for the next stage, which is Windows domain integration.

I expect you to take a few days to a week setting up a VMware Virtual machine offline, which you could deliver in person and do a full technical handover to me, showing me how everything is configured. You should also deliver a step-by-step HowTo document, detailing how to reinstall everything on a fresh Debian server.

I will only consider Linux gurus for this job!
