IPTV BILLING SYSTEM FOR INFOMIR MINISTRA

We are looking someone to a build a billing system for iptv system based on infomir stalker. Basically it will be api based billing which will connect stalker server. The software will do:

1. Add re-seller ( Unlimited level)

2. Add customer mac address, name, notes

3. option to chose package

4. assign mac address to different re-seller

5. enable/disable mac

6. send message on certain mac

7. add credit for re-seller

8. assign price for re-seller

8. also search/sort by mac, name etc

9. will provide sample to look further
1. Add Super re-seller ( Unlimited level)

If you good skills for API based software please bid. All those function has already built in stalker. you just need to make the software to use the API. Please only programmers with skills related to the description. If you are a software company please do not bid if you do not have the skills set for this job.
