General information for the business: Its a workbook used to keep track of costs etc for an orchestra
Description of requirements/functionality: the spreadsheet does now open, but does crash often.
Anyway, can I refer to the attached sheet of my own. It doesn’t really work, but it kind of shows they way I need to see and present stuff.
And here are my notes on the sheet you’ve been working on…

get rid of B11 to C13 block - do we need it?
number of days work are different for three main groups
CORE GROUP
ORCHESTRA
PRODUCTION
although we need the option to change the days worked later on, on an individual basis
Seems that I need to press ‘Create Costing Template’ before ‘Refresh Reporting’ in order to get updated Reports. Could one button not do both actions on the Project Overview page?
Even and ‘Update All’ button?
MUSICIANS…
Need a way to add a new role when necessary, whether musician, production personell or core group - seems we are limited to the list that’s in at the moment
in fact need to be able to add any job required on this page - more editable I think
Costing page
This page has made my brain melt! It’s just too many numbers. I don’t get it.
I don’t understand the Revised Cost Rate columns everywhere - what is a revised cost rate?
to me I’m just seeing doubles of everything
rates are not pulling through or correct
G48 should be £151 ice Violin 2 (principle) for example
Specific technologies required: excel 2013/16 on MAC OS
OS requirements: Mac OS
