Description of requirements/functionality: I have a requirement for a user who receives a large amount of jpg in email format to create a rule (or macro which can be manually run) in Outlook 2016 to save jpg attachments in emails to certain folders on the network.
The user is receiving many emails from engineers containing images of jobs with job reference int he subject line
The rule will first need to check the senders email address and associate this with a network folder as the location to save the jpg. It will then need to save the image as the job reference with _1,_2,_3 after the reference if there is more than one image.
We need to be able manually add to and edit the email address > folder association as this will change regularly as engineers join and leave the company.
