General information for the business: Link a google form to a goggle calendar
Description of requirements/functionality: I need a google form created that gathers approx 8 fields of info, and as filled creates a continuing database of that info.
One field is a date and i need the info from the form to go to a google calendar on the correct date
also need to send an email out once a checkbox has been checked.
the google form/ calendar will be one shared by my company staff only, but the email going out will change and go to public email address's ( ie- not only internal emails)

the principle here is that:
a guest comes to my front desk, we fill out the form to gather data as indicated (we will manually input each form, excluding the date/ time log of form creation) . That data goes to a google calendar that my staff can view each day and print/ or view a report that shows what rvs need to be moved that day showing all the info gathered for each of that days events
Extra notes: Most data will be entered on a desktop but will also be reviewed on web page on small tablet

I will attach an example of the form i was looking for. I would like to personalize it a bit better but that can come later.
As I ran this through my head more I thought I better explain in more detail and then as you for your opinion on the best way to get the results I need.

The main form needs to be accessible on all my front desk computers. Once this form is filled out it needs to go to a spreadsheet or whatever that keeps the data. Then i need a report or calendar function that can be viewed or a report run that outputs by "reservation date" the RVs that need to be moved that day. A hard copy report needs to be printed. The reason I like a calendar function (google etc) is that the staff can view it on a tablet or whatever through wifi, out in the field what units need to be moved. A searchable feature from the tablet would be great also, so if one of my staff are out in the field and want to know the status of a unit, they could put in the reservation # and get the units info, name, date of reservation etc. Another feature that would be needed is an email feature that sends a disclosure to the owner once we enter their info ( and of course their email). A unique, but not mandatory feature would be the ability to further email the rv owner a boiler plate email that says their unit is on site once my staff click on something on the form to indicate it has been completed. That way the front desk staff could see it is on site versus in storage and the guest would get that something extra.
Hope this helps clarify my initial thoughts

The form needs to be non changeable by staff - they can fill it out but not change fields etc
Report needs to be simple to run and output
