Tools : WinSCP/Filezilla
Programing Tool: SQL Server Integration Service.
Requirement :
Step 1: Download csv files from sftp server. Check for the file/s and if it exists then download file/s to a folder called 'Download' using WinSCP or FIlezilla
Step 2: Once when the file/files are downloaded, parse the file and insert the records into SQL Server table
Step 3: Log the transaction and send out the notification in an email indicating failure or success of the job.
Step 4: Query the summary of the records that were inserted by Owner and attach it to the notification.
Step 5:Move the file to a folder called 'Completed'
