TASK REQUIREMENTS
1. Hide or remove the EXPORT TO EXCEL, POWER APPS & AUTOMATE buttons on a Sharepoint Online (365 not on-premise) site
2. Remotely show the client (not a developer) the step-by-step process via a Zoom/Teams/Skype/Hangouts etc web conference.
3. Write clear and concise documentation/instructions for the client
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please research this task before submitting your proposal. I have included some information that might help
Some articles mention CSS injection but I don't know if that works for a Sharepoint Online site.
I have found a few articles that might be relevant but I lack the technical expertise.
https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/how-to-hide-command-bar-menu-item-using-spfx-extension/
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/spfx/extensions/get-started/build-a-hello-world-extension
The above are just suggestions or ideas I found. They may or may not be suitable for what I need.
I am open to alternative methods that will accomplish my objective if you know of any.
The proposal at the beginning of the work must look professional. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
If your proposal is selected, the invoice with payment details after the work must also look professional.
***UPDATE ON 5TH MAY 2020***
Many thanks to everyone who has submitted a proposal. I have received several proposals.
But to make sure the developers are able to do the work, I would like to see proof. I'm sure you will understand that some developers claim to be able to do the work but it often turns out to be untrue.
Please show me a Sharepoint Online (365) site with the EXPORT TO EXCEL, POWER APPS and AUTOMATE buttons removed/hidden. You will have to show me via web conference session.
For now, I just need to see the site with the buttons removed/hidden. I don't need the details.
If you do not have access to a Sharepoint Online/365 site, please create one.
You can create a basic Sharepoint Online/365 site Plan 1 for about $5.
Please select the MONTHLY plan so that you can cancel it after you complete my work or if your proposal is not selected.
Only if your proposal is selected, the $5 will be paid back to you. I have adjusted the budget to £255
If you are happy to prove your work and with these terms, please get in touch ASAP.
I would like to choose a proposal by the end of the week.
