To Perform functional and configuration work on E Recruitment, Enterprise Learning, ESS , MSS, KPRO, TREX and HR Processes and Forms modules / components.
To Design the appropriate process templates, questionnaire and automated mail format using the Adobe PDF Interactive forms from Requisition to Hire /Re-Hire processes throughout the e Recruitment lifecycle.
To integrate E Recruitment, ESS, MSS and UWL with Enterprise portal and prepare test cases and reports using Self-service functionality within E Recruitment process – the uses of Requisitions on MSS and Internal Job Posting on ESS.
To Implement Requisition Management Process, Applicant tracking, Talent Warehouse, Reporting & Analytics, Candidate Searching, Career & Succession Planning sub modules and incorporate Attract& Acquire, Educate & Develop and Pay for Performance HCM Processes by identifying e Recruitment objects and integrate applicants with Personnel Administration using SAP HR Core Modules PA & OM
To analyze, monitor and control the “To Be” HR business processes throughout the SAP Implementation lifecycle from Initiation to Finalization by aligning the SAP HCM Processes with ITIL framework using SAP Solution Manager.
