Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
First part:
Programme Tic-tac-toe game in python.
The game is usually played using a 3-by-3 game board. Each player chooses a symbol to play with (usually an X or an O) and the goal is to be the first player to place 3 of their symbols in a straight line on the game board (either across a row on the board, down a column or along one of the two main diagonals). The game may be known to you by another name, for example, as ''Noughts and Crosses'', or ''X's and O's''. The Wikipedia page Tic-tac-toe provides a good description of the game and its rules.
In this Assignment, you are to write a python program for playing tic-tac-toe. In the program, game boards are not restricted to being 3-by-3, but are instead N-by-N, where N is one of the integers from 1 through 9, inclusive. Our game boards will always be square. The graphics won't need to be fancy.
Notes:
You should give two options at the beginning of the game, you should be able to play against the computer or against another player. You should start by making a simple noughts and crosses game on a 3x3 board. I this works you should then look to expand it to any board the user wants up to 9x9. You should keep a record of player games and their winning games on a file.
You graphical UI doesn't need to be fancy, but it would be preferred from a simple text based program.
Second part: Report
Individual design notes report detailing how you thought and planned for your project. What problems you faced and any assumptions that you made.
You should then explain the code of your program and how each logical section works
Your report also needs to include a reflective part on how you thought about their functionality and how they work.
Finally, you need to include how you tested your code with relevant screenshots.
