I need FileMaker development. I am looking for someone that has experience in going into an already made database and adding features and modules. This will include:
1-Adding a slot for Corrective Actions on our work order report module by editing an already made tab that we do not use. The summary tab will need to be replaced by a Corrective actions tab to include all the information we currently document on a word document. Data will need to be collected from all corrective actions to be able to print on a corrective action log that we manually enter on word as well. All will need to have a PDF form made to print or email.
2- Adding a module for all approved suppliers we use and a log to print a list in PDF.
3- Adding a Purchase Order Module to start entering in our Purchases. we will need a place to check in that order was good or not. A log will need to be printed to keep track of the suppliers and the quality of the parts sent. So basically Suppliers & Purchase Order would be linked together to be able to chose the supplier we already have approved on the PO#.
PDF's will need to be added to print or email.
4-GOALS AND TARGETS MODULES: We provide lab equipments services and I would need to collect data and compare it to a predefined criteria (Goals & targets). We need to review our performance over time so all that needs to be taken into consideration. Goals will be for sales, customer satisfaction, customer complaints, growth in territories (universities), growth in personal etc. The Data will come from what we have already in Filemaker. for example the sales per sales rep, per technician, per territory, REPEAT CUSTOMERS. This example the data will come from our work orders reports that we have in place. PDF's and large screen views will need to be included.
We have a customized FM that was originally taken from FM starting Point 4.5v2 and customized to our work's needs. We service pipettes & balances to many universities in many states. I have attached some relevant information that would need to be included in all that I need. I NEED THIS AS PROFESSIONAL AND NEAT AS POSSIBLE!!!!!
