Hi Guys, I am plannign to launch a business related to parcel delivery. I need a front end customer portal plus an app for field delivery staff. Please see below the scope of work and component details. Please bid only if you have successfully delivered similar work previosly along with links to review. I would require detailed proposal alogn with time it would require to deliver these plus cost. The portal needs to be developed in a lightwaight framework such as MEAN stack. Once delivered successfuly, we can consider ongoing support engagement as well with the team.
- Customer Portal (up to 1000 Users / day)
- Field Service Mobile App ( up to 20 Users)
- Center (BackOffice) Module (3-4 Users in office staff)
- Parcel Category Master - 13 types of parcels based on size, weight, etc.
- Parcel Rate Master stores different type of parcel rates. [ Type A - cost 1, Type B+ cost 2, etc. ]
- Team Master - Currently 10 Drivers expandable to 20 drivers. The drivers are from the collection team and the delivery team. Additionally there is 1 Accounts Team, and 2 Center Team
- Customer Master - to keep track of all customer details
- The Mobile app installed on drivers's android devices on the tab/mobile provided by client
- The Mobile app will have the option to add new orders details, which will be entered when the driver reaches the customer.
- Search Option to find existing customers and add their details, and addition of new clients and their details and their multiple contacts details.
- The Drivers collects parcels from customer and enter the parcel details. The option to select the type of parcel will be available in the app.
- The new order form will have the collected parcel time, expected delivery time and the delivery location.
- Weight will be entered manually in the new order form while collecting the parcel. Weight above 30 kg for 1 parcel is not allowed, and will be validated.
- The charges for parcel delivery will be automatically calculated and shown in the app.
- Every parcel will have one barcode on it, which will show the parcel details when scanned.
- The tablet provided should be able to take signature of the customer in the app.
- The parcel delivery time will start once the parcel is collected and payment done via cash.
- The new orders generated and submitted in the mobile app will be visible in the backoffice at realtime. Order taking form will be accessible on the mobile app to all drivers and the status and all details will be available to the backoffice.
- Call sheet for entry of new orders will also be available from the backoffice.
- Notification of new orders will be sent to Driver, Center, Customer via email.
- Order List - show list of all orders, with filters based on date, time and delivery status
- Every parcel has timer duration and the remaining time (Countdown time) will show against each parcel delivery order.
- The backoffice will be able to view the technicians in realtime on the map
- The backoffice team can check the delivery address or orders created and create route directions and share with driver from his location. This will be available directly on the map.
- The Parcel delivery time will be shown as alerts on the app as well as the backoffice application. Duration should show alerts for time
- If the parcel not delivered on time, then the system should alert the operations manager directly, and if again delay will automatically alert the general manager after a certain time. Automatic escalation will be implemented at preset time.
- Email and SMS integration for alerts shall be done, the sms package should be provided by the client.
- Autocalling facility from mobile app will be developed
- Though the driver adds the total weight, the backoffice shall have to option to change the weight.
- Once the driver reaches the delivery location, customer signature will be taken directly on the app.
- The driver confirms delivery of the parcel, and the order status gets closed.
- The customer portal will have customer registration and login.
- The customer login shall be verified once by the backoffice.
- The customer can view all details about their current order, all order history and the amount paid against each parcel
- The customer portal design will change every 6 m with only change the background of the login page.
