Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
The project includes the design of a hybrid renewable energy system for a certain site. The system includes wind turbines , Pv , electrolyzer and fuel cells, batteries and back up generator. It is required to find the optimal size of each component of the system is such a way lead to minimize the levelised cost of energy subject to a series of constraints. The optimal size should be found by deterministic analysis using Matlab. After that, a non-deterministic analysis should be carried out using the appropriate method. This must include quantifying the uncertainties and using writing a Matlab code for Monte Carlo Analysis
