Development Overview
1. Translators
Scripts to pull property management data from their website to ours. Listings and all details - calendars, prices, images, videos, amenities, optional extras - taxes, pool heat etc
API feed - some companies have API feed therefore API used to pull inventory with all details.
Up to date feed - where property management companies update prices , add properties, change inventory details etc we require something that will update us or notify us of these changes so we can make the same.
Currently have 17 property management companies that want us to list their properties.
Aim - to add 3 property management companies per week.
2. Front End Development
Developing the landing pages on the website. Landing pages previously designed by Suzanne
Aim - 2 landing page per week
B. Develop Blog pages. To be designed by Suzanne
C. Refine and develop the 3 main pages previously designed by Suzanne. Home page, search page and property listing page.
D. Refine and develop the ‘Book now’ section. To be designed by Suzanne.
E. Review system - 2 way review system
3. Direct API feed to Portals
Once the properties are added to our system, they need to be pushed to the portals directly Rentals United and HomeAway, Trip Advisor and booking.com
4. Back End Development
A. Centralised booking system - bookings coming from site or portals are all centralised in the one place. Able to edit or update bookings. And calendars updated.
B. Accounting side - payment received for booking directly from client or from the portals. Centralised payment system.
C. From this centralised payment system - possible to pay property managers / suppliers.
Eg Pioneer AirBnB use.
Our system currently through stripe connect allows us to pay suppliers in Europe. However for US it’s an issue.
5. Provide Travel Partner with a white label of our system
300 travel partners globally have a white label of our system - all inventory, system etc.
System Overview

Database currently on Mongo DB / Mlab
Hosting is through Blue host
Images are on google cloud server
Technologies and services we are using the most.
Google Cloud Platform (storage and cloudfunction), MongoDB hosted by mLab, Cloudflare (DNS routing), Bluehost (wordpress for the main site).
